BULLBASE® is a biaxial polypropylene reinforcement mesh that sits low in the build-up, directly on the prepared subgrade and beneath the MOT Type 3 layer. It stabilises the sub-base, spreads load into the ground below and stops the stone layer from shifting, which is what lets the upper reinforcement mesh do its job.
